CONSTANCE MACK LATHAM

is the founder of Maven Esthetics®, a Chicago-based private studio established in 2016, and the creative force behind BrowMaven®. Licensed by the state of Illinois as both an Esthetician and Esthetic Teacher, she has spent nearly two decades perfecting her craft in the beauty industry—as a makeup artist, beauty specialist, and restorative brow tattoo artist.

Known as the BrowMaven®, Constance has earned recognition as Chicago’s Brow Expert for her artistry, precision, and commitment to client care. Her work is defined by timeless, confidence-boosting results that empower women to feel beautiful inside and out.
